Denman Island Building Information:
Denman is in the Comox Valley Regional District. There is no building inspection on Denman, but a number of regulation do apply. See Building on Denman.
Land Use on Denman is managed by Islands Trust. The Denman Island Land Use Bylaw 186 covers the permitted uses for buildings, accessory buildings, siting, setbacks and zoning. A copy of the Bylaw can be found here.
