A spectacular custom modern design home in the BC coast mountains. It is a one level plan, 1918 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and a wonderful open plan living, dining kitchen area with views of the lake and snow capped mountains in the distance. Near Whistler, BC. Currently finalizing design.
CUSTOM DUPLEX - VICTORIA, BC
A custom design duplex to suit the lot in James Bay, Victoria.
Currently finalizing design.
WOOD LAKE - UPSTATE NEW YORK
A customized version of our Wood Lake design to be built in upstate New York.
Construction starting Spring 2020.
HAINES JUNCTION - YUKON
A great cabin design - although it's 1734 sq ft with 5 bedrooms. To be used for guest accommodation in Haines Junction, Yukon.
Currently finalizing design. To be built Spring 2020.

A modern design customized for the hillside in Oakland, California. Currently finalizing the design.
PARADISE - CALIFORNIA
A customized version of our Fulton model will be built in Paradise, California.
After the tragic fires in California last year, it's important to assist this family in re-building their home. Currently under construction.
THE STRAND - GABRIOLA
This new home will be built on The Strand on Gabriola Island. It's based on Linwood's Whistler model.
